At Thunder Games, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our attendees.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please review our refund

policy below:

Ticket Refunds

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased tickets unless the event is

canceled or rescheduled. In the event of cancellation, customers will receive a full refund to their original payment method within 7-10 business days. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, a refund request may be submitted within 5 days of the reschedule

announcement.

VIP & Floor Seat Services Refunds

Refunds for VIP experiences and Floor Seat services will only be issued if Thunder Games is

unable to fulfill the service due to internal reasons.

No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, or changes made by the customer. For further

Fulfillment Policy

At Thunder Games, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our

attendees. Please read our fulfillment policy below:

Ticket Fulfillment

Tickets are delivered electronically via email immediately upon purchase. If you do not receive

your ticket within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at

thundergames2024@gmail.com

You must present a digital or printed copy of your ticket along with a valid photo ID for entry.

VIP & Floor Seat Services Fulfillment

VIP packages and floor seat services will be fulfilled based on the schedule provided at the time

of purchase.
